Sing-A-Grams

On February 14th, an East Linn Christian tradition occurred. Sold by East Linn's Choir to fund their trip to Seattle, Sing-a-Grams were available for students to buy for $1.50. All morning, the Choir went around to the classrooms, singing to delighted, or embarrassed, students. In the photo above, Jayce Boyd (sophomore) stands upon his chair, receiving a sing-a-gram from a fellow student. He received 2 songs, "Smile" and "Can't Buy Me Love."

Elementary Valentine's Day

The annual Valentine's Day parties took place on February 14th in the elementary school classrooms. Pictured above, preschoolers Karissa Jewell and Landon Murry put a puzzle together at the end of the day. The elementary schoolers' day was filled with crafts, sweets, and games, which some parents came and helped with.

The team with that had the best dress up theme of punk rock didn't have to dress up for chapel the next Wednesday. Other prizes were given out for great bowling moves, the highest average person, and the highest average team.

East Linn vs. Central Linn

The Girls Varsity Team won their game verses Central Linn on Tuesday, February 7. The score was 47 to 30. The girls came out a little slow the first half and were down by 2, but came back the second half with a great third quarter and a win. This was the second to last high school game ever for the senior girls.
